The Phoenix Suns have had quite the hectic offseason. In fact, a large contingent of fans are convinced the Suns still aren’t done this offseason, with a giant Markieff Morris-sized problem staring the organization in the face.

But since training camp starts soon and it seems unlikely that general manager Ryan McDonough will pull the trigger on a trade that nets him pennies on the dollar, it’s time to take a comprehensive look at the Phoenix Suns’ offseason.

The main headline of the summer, of course, was a move the Suns didn’t make: signing LaMarcus Aldridge. But since the roster saw plenty of turnover compared to last season, taking a look at each and every move the Suns made this summer is the only way to put the entire offseason into context.

Was Tyson Chandler worth the contract without Aldridge entering the fray? What grade does Brandon Knight‘s extension earn? Was the Marcus Morris trade a gamble worth taking or a major mistake? In order to answer those questions, here are individual grades — along with a final grade for the whole summer — for the Phoenix Suns’ offseason.
