Overview

As the 2015 NBA Draft approaches, we’ll be taking a look at the top prospects in this year’s class to gain a sense of what the Phoenix Suns should do with their pick. Today, we’ll be taking a look at Delon Wright.

The 6’5″, 181-pound combo guard (stop groaning!) projects as a late first round pick, though Wright could easily slip into the second round depending on how his workouts go.

Wright, a 23-year-old senior out of Utah, is one of the most complete players in the draft, though the one area he’s not elite — shooting — is arguably what the Suns need most at their guard spots.

The 2015 Cousy Award winner (given annually to the best point guard in the nation), excels in so many other areas that his faulty shot might not matter.

We’ll examine that and the rest of Wright’s game over the next few slides.
