Weaknesses

Dekker still does not have the ability to create his own shot and has yet to show consistency from the free throw line or three-point line, as he shot 33 percent from behind the arc and 70 percent from the charity stripe this past season.

He will also quickly find out that in the NBA, your energy level and motor needs to be at a high level EVERY game (something he struggled with at Wisconsin) or else you will be blown out of the gym.

He needs to add some size to his frame as well, with the days of him playing against physically inferior players over. It’s imperative that Dekker is able to bulk up for the physicality of the NBA.
