3. Blowout #2 of Pacers
Eight days after soundly beating the Pacers, Phoenix traveled to Indiana to attempt a sweep. But no one thought they would. Up through that game at the end of January only the Detroit Pistons had beaten the Pacers on their home floor. Additionally, the Suns were on a brutal four games in five nights ALL ON THE ROAD stretch.
The Suns won all those games.
They could have gotten complacent saying, “Let’s just split the season series with such an elite team” but they didn’t. Instead they won by eight points.
