10. Ish Smith

There’s something about Ish Smith that just makes me feel like he could be better than he is if he could stick to being aggressive in scoring and being a distributor. As his numbers show, he is a pretty awful outside shooter. That said, he is a good passer and a pesky defender, which is why he has been one of the players that try to fill the void left by Eric Bledsoe.

Is he a long term role player for the Suns? Probably not. However, his occasional spectacular pass or acrobatic shot inside will keep him around for teams in need of depth at guard. The lack of Eric Bledsoe ensures he will likely do at least some of the work reliving Goran Dragic. Should Bledsoe return this season, it looks like Smith will be buried in the depth chart behind the dynamic duo. For now at least, his contribution has been valuable despite his flaws
