There are only three players right now who shoot 48% and average at least 19 points and five assists. Two of them are the two best players in the game, LeBron James and Kevin Durant.

The third is Goran Dragic.

Dragic has had a phenomenal season. He has held the team up even through the loos of his backcourt mate. His fearlessness and creativity when driving to the basket is extraordinary, and that is coupled with the ability to hit shots from long range, good passing ability, and solid defense. This is the guy who was called by an ESPN analyst “the worst player in the NBA” during his rookie season. Now he is the leader of the Phoenix Suns and one of the better point guards in the NBA today. While he wasn’t elected to this years All-Star game, no one can argue that Dragic has turned into an excellent NBA player. There’s no doubt that despite the presence of Bledsoe, this is the Dragon’s team, and they’ll go as far as his contribution will take them.
