Week 8 : 39-25-65 shooting. 9.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 0.5 steals in 25.8 minutes.
Week 9 : 23-10-78 shooting. 7.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 0.3 steals in 24.7 minutes.

No one can doubt the promise Jackson shows with his mentality, toughness and defense. He has 11 games with at least 2 steals this season. The only other rookie with more is Ben Simmons. Josh’s rebounding is another plus as shown by his career high 8 rebounds on 12/16. His shooting is a completely different story. It has been horrid and will need to improve drastically to be a solid force for this young team’s future. If you look at his recent free throw shooting, maybe it is getting better. Before December he was only making 51.5% at the line. In December he is making 67.6% at the charity stripe. A 16% increase in accuracy is nothing to scoff at.
