The hottest trend around social media these days is the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS. If you aren’t aware of what this new trend is all about then you probably are the least social media savvy person there is. And I say that as a compliment.

Anyways, here are the rules for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. When nominated you have 24 hours to dump a bucket of ice water on yourself. If you choose not to do that then you must donate $100 to the ALS charity, or you can dump a bucket of ice water on your head, though you still must donate money, just less than $100.

Coaches, players and Suns front office members have all joined in on the fun in the Ice Bucket Challenge.
