1. Don’t let Ty Lawson dribble penetrate into the lane, opening up the offense for the rest of the guys. Lawson is so fast he gets into the teeth of the defense and he can pass, so its going to get other teammates going.
2. Finish the game early. The Suns have lost a lot of games recently by small margins. What the Suns need to so is get up by double-digits early so they don’t have to worry about coming from behind in the final seconds on a miracle shot. The main way they will be able to do will be through their tough defense, turning into easy transition buckets. That will really help them.
3. Get everyone involved. Goran Dragic can’t so it all by himself. The Suns will probably win if Gerald Green and Channing Frye are even remotely on fire from deep, and if Markieff, Marcus off the bench or Plumlee can get going offensively.
Overall, points in the paint, fastbreak points, and turnovers will be the determining factors in who comes out with a victory.
We’ll see what happens.
