The Suns added another game to the win column tonight, as they came back to beat the New Orleans Pelicans 104-98. The Suns started the first quarter ice cold, but came back to score 37 points in the third quarter, including a 28-9 run.

With Goran Dragic recovering from an ankle sprain, Eric Bledsoe needed to step up and carry the load, and so he did. Bledsoe put up 25 points and five assists. He used his explosive ability to get to the basket, and was 10-12 from the field for the game. In Place of Dragic, Gerald Green stepped up as well . He added 18 points, and shot 6-10 from three.

Ish Smith also showed up in the absence of the Dragon, contributing 8 assists. The Morris twins also were on their game tonight, putting up 33 points and 14 boards between the two of them.

The Suns shot 50% from the floor and had 38 points in the paint. Without Dragic, the offense was shaky, but the defense has showed significant progress since opening night. The Suns are now 3-1, which may be a surprise to some, but in four games, the new Phoenix Suns have been nothing short of impressive.

The Suns end their road trip in San Antonio tomorrow. They will have a rematch against the Pelicans in Phoenix on November 10th
