Sorry, but I can’t quite agree with everything here. First off, it is quite well known that Nash is one of the best points in the league. However, it also well known that he is one of the worst defensive guards in the NBA. To be “one of the most efficient guards in the NBA,” he must play at a high level on both sides of the ball. It would also be nice if you backed up your claims about his greatness with advanced stats or anything other than highlights from one game. I am not denying his greatness against the Wizards, but to be honest, the Wizards are one of the worst defensive teams I have seen in a while. Couple that with their main weakness being their inability to guard the P&R and we all should have seen this coming from a mile away. Don’t get me wrong, I still love the compilation and especially the introductory NBA on NBC music, but I am just saying the facts are presented in a misleading manner.

Pecherov… did you forget that Nash was a back to back league MVP?!?! He is the 2nd point guard, behind Magic Johnson, to do so. And you asked for some stats?!?! How about these… Nash has led the league in assists and free-throw percentage at various points in his career. He is also ranked as one of the top PLAYERS IN LEAGUE HISTORY for three-point shooting, free-throw shooting, total assists and assists per game. I personally think that he is still the very best point guard playing in the league right now!
