		<description>every front office in the league has specialists. no one but the Suns has put their capologist at the top of the organization. if you cannot assess talent, how can you determine it&#039;s worth? it doesn&#039;t matter how well underwritten a deal is if the deal itself isn&#039;t any good.</description>

		<description>Hate to jump on a bandwagon but I think Chuck would be great. And I doubt he would have wanted to deal with negotiations or the CBA. Would be a very compelling team.</description>

		<description>I actually don&#039;t mind such an approach in the front office.  And if they want a talent evaluator I would definitely suggest an analyst that&#039;s already on air.  Charles Barkley is a great talent evaluator.  He&#039;ll tell it like it is.  He&#039;s more the type of guy to say what a player is bad at first and then soften the blow with some good attributes.</description>
