PHOENIX — Steve Nash was in a predictably disgusted mood after the Suns’ 108-101 loss to the Blazers on Wednesday, but expect his mood to have changed by the time he woke up Thursday morning.

“I’ll forget about it [Thursday] because I’ll be so busy, but right now it’s pissing me off,” Nash said at his locker after the loss.

Nash will be busy with a quick trip to British Columbia before All-Star Weekend so that he can carry the Olympic torch in his home province in advance of the upcoming Winter Games.

“I’m just going to try to enjoy every moment, really take in the energy and atmosphere of our home province and country hosting the Olympic Games,” Nash said. “To run the torch is an incredible honor, so I’m going to try to really enjoy that. Right now it seems difficult because we lost to enjoy anything, but I’m sure [Thursday] morning I can be a big boy and stop crying about it and have a good day up in Vancouver.”
