No it is not a cop out when your stops are turned into fouls (scoring opportunities) by the officials.

it's just not a very credible excuse that every team "happens" to play the game of it's life against the Suns. The truth is the Suns have more than a mentality problem...they have a serious personnel problem. The Suns just don't play any defense... they give their opponents so many uncontested shots during a game...it's just pathetic to watch. I've foreseen these events since beginning December and I repeat that it will all be over for the Suns this season before the allstar break, as they will have a record just above .500 and be out of playoff contention. That is unless Kerr and Gentry take the helm and get defensive reinforcements and some true rebounding power. Last night's loss was in my opinion again due to bad coaching decisions, bad substitutions and just a bad gameplan. The signing is on the wall, if Kerr and Gentry don't have the guts to make the necessary changes Sarver should bang his fist on the table. JRich continues the be "absent" when the game is on the line....he is not a leader and Ohoenix would be much better off without him. Trade JRich and Frye, and throw in whoever else you have to to get some tough defensive guards and a excellent rebounder like Noah and maybe you can turn the tide before the allstar break and battle for a low playoff birth (5 through 8). Otherwise just start rebuilding the team......this will also require to dump JRich and maybe trade Amare for some young talent and a couple of high draft picks, as Phoenix has given up their own 2011 1st round pick. Hill and Nash may have 2 more years and can help rebuilding the team. At this point in time it really does not matter much what you so as long as you do something drastic to shake up the team. Having said that I'm afraid nothing will happen as both Kerr and Gentry are reactive, the are not proactive. Too bad for all the Suns fans, but at least I will sleep better knowing that both Kerr and Gentry will be gone at the end of the season. Kerr has just done a terrible job on the trade front and Gentry is just not a topnotch coach, which the Suns really need. Get Paul Westphal or a real tough defensive coach.

It was just shame. When you play home games against .500 teams, you should destroy them. Look at the Bobcats. Yes, It's not so funny anymore.
