Awesome game. Feels so good to be back on top once again in the world of basketball. Still a long ways to go though but appreciate such good basketball. I agree John C and his points although I think the iso's that amare was getting definitely brought us back in the game in the 2nd qtr. I don't believe this will start a trend but if they are going to guard amare with 6'5" - 6'6" defenders, then you go to the beast and feed him. The Rockets were just killing us in the running game until we slowed them down and got some stops.
I just like how well we are playing as a team. Nobody is playing outside of themselves besides Nash, who has been resurrected back to his mvp level self. Scoring is even across the board daily and so is the rebounding. Rebounding and defense has been our achilles heal for years but with our bench play and newfound dedication, we are taking care of business. It's been fun to watch. Can't wait until tomorrow. GO SUNS!!!

This team is really finding itself. Now if they can only figure out how to start out strong against good teams.

John C. is VERY good.

Suns need to figure out our best combo of players not just to finish but to use them to start the game. Make the other team have to climb out of a hole.

Suns won all 4 quarters in the home opener vs. Dubs. THIS is our best starting five. Let J-Rich light up the score board as 6th Man of the Year. LB needs to play with Nash. That is when the Suns are at their best.

MUST start and ALSO finish with LB. Let's go SUNS!!!!

Look forward to reading your analysis! A couple of points I noticed while watching last night's game:
- team is playing better team defense than I can remember
- Nash is playing better positional defense
- hustle of this team is outstanding
- team chemistry appears excellent
- too much isolation with Amare with other players standing around
- team is able to get a stop when they need one, unlike in the past
- the bench is a significant asset rather than a liability
