He's had to completely change his game since college, and he might be one of those guys that take a little longer to develop. I don't know how much impact he can have for this particular team because of LB and J-Rich, but he can definitely make a living in this league. I don't know if I would go as far as Derrick Rose-like though. If a J-Rich trade were to happen I would like to see what he can do as a backup two to LB. Should be an interesting offseason! Thanks.
